An established organisation is seeking a Receptionist & Secretarial Support Administrator to keep daily operations running smoothly. Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the first point of contact, answering and directing incoming calls professionally.
- Manage the reception inbox and respond to enquiries promptly.
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, and boardroom bookings.
- Prepare meeting minutes, letters, and general correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and courier arrangements.
- Order office supplies and support day-to-day office administration.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to contract managers and the wider business.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist or secretarial role and be comfortable working in a busy office environment. You will be professional, well organised, and confident communicating with a range of people.
