Our client is seeking a Personal Insurance Broker to join their team, supporting individuals and families with cover across motor, home, travel, and more. A great fit for someone motivated to develop their career in insurance, with the necessary training and professional qualifications provided! This role is open to candidates at all levels. Whether you already have insurance experience and are looking to progress, are considering a move from another sector, or are starting out and bring previous employment, strong administration skills, and basic IT competence - training and support is available.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Quoting for new policies and processing amendments.
- Advising clients in person, by phone, and by email.
- Preparing and handling client documentation accurately.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Cross-selling additional products and services.
- Supporting team targets and contributing to overall growth.
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory standards.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-focused, and motivated to learn. Previous insurance experience is not required, but strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential.
