An excellent opportunity to join a growing investor services team, providing support across AML and client onboarding activities! This role offers hands-on experience in customer due diligence, investor reviews, and compliance processes, making it a great entry point into AML within fund and corporate services.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with investor onboarding, including CDD preparation, FATCA/CRS checks, and data collation.
  • Supporting the ongoing periodic review process in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing AML/CDD packs for investor due diligence.
  • Assisting with client onboarding and transition processes.
  • Helping to resolve client issues and escalating matters appropriately to the line manager.
  • Learning and applying departmental procedures to ensure operational efficiency and risk reduction.
  • Supporting client service delivery in line with agreed service standards.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects within the investor services team.
  • Building relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties to provide seamless service.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have good communication and organisational skills, with a flexible and proactive approach to work. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are essential, as are good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Prior experience in compliance or financial services would be an advantage, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
