This is a valuable opportunity to join a collaborative team within a well-established financial services provider. The role of Entity Review Officer is key in supporting the efficient and compliant operation of fiduciary structures through regular reviews and documentation control.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting regular reviews of client files to ensure accurate and complete data.
- Verifying that all documentation meets the required regulatory standards.
- Updating and maintaining internal databases, ensuring information is current and consistent.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and close out action points.
- Supporting the periodic review process and participating in projects aimed at improving data integrity and compliance standards.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a trust or fiduciary environment, ideally with exposure to data and regulatory review processes. Excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a working knowledge of compliance and corporate governance are essential. Familiarity with systems such as NavOne or Viewpoint would be an advantage.
