This is a great opportunity to join the customer onboarding team of a reputable financial services business as a Sanctions Screening Analyst. This role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance by reviewing sanction alerts and supporting customer risk assessments in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Reviewing Sanctions, PEP, Enforcement, and Terrorism alerts.
Analysing and escalating adverse media screening results.
Using investigative tools to mitigate financial crime risk.
Maintaining up-to-date MI within internal tracking systems.
Supporting change implementations and compliance enhancements.
Promoting positive customer outcomes and operational excellence.
Ensuring data security and adhering to confidentiality standards.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent with 1–3 years' experience in banking or a related field. A sound understanding of KYC, sanctions, and onboarding processes is essential, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently.How To Apply
