Join a forward-thinking financial services provider as a Private Client Services Officer. This role focuses on providing exceptional day-to-day service to private banking clients, supporting general banking and custody services, and contributing to ongoing improvements in client experience.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Preparing and approving custody instructions, including equities, bonds, and unit trusts.
Supporting online banking users and assisting clients with online services.
Processing and approving manual, fax, and online payments, as well as foreign exchange transactions.
Monitoring and actioning fixed deposit activity.
Assisting Business Developers with client engagement and entertainment activities.
Handling daily client telephone and email enquiries.
Maintaining up-to-date client records, including correspondence addresses and authorised signatory lists.
Supporting service reviews and monitoring output for trends, training needs, or successes.
Assisting with projects driven by regulatory change and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Identifying trends in deposit flows and highlighting these to business development teams.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong planning and organisational abilities, and the confidence to escalate matters appropriately. A solution-oriented mindset, ability to work independently, and a proactive, client-centric approach are essential. Candidates must have good knowledge of private banking markets across Guernsey, Jersey, IOM, and London, as well as a sound understanding of custody services, payment systems, and client due diligence (CDD) processes.How To Apply
