Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Acting as the first-line point of contact for all client queries, providing timely and professional responses.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
Monitoring and managing interest arrears, escalating issues where necessary and following up appropriately.
Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a joined-up service experience.
Identifying and supporting improvements in client service processes and systems.
Participating in client journey initiatives and contributing to service enhancement projects.
Demonstrating professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in all communications and documentation.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a client-focused mindset and a proactive, solution-driven approach. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a collaborative work ethic are essential. While experience in financial services, client servicing, or administration is desirable, full training will be provided for individuals who bring strong transferable skills and a passion for delivering great service.How To Apply
