Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Responding efficiently to customer queries via email, chat, social media, and phone.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and account updates.
Resolving routine customer issues independently and escalating complex matters when necessary.
Processing phone orders accurately and providing updates on delivery statuses.
Managing product returns in line with company policy.
Investigating claims of missing or damaged goods and identifying potential fraud risks.
Initiating investigations with delivery agents to resolve delivery issues.
Handling price match enquiries and chargebacks from payment providers.
Answering mainline telephone calls and redirecting as required.
Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer support.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or bring highly transferable skills. They will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, with a consistent ability to maintain high standards and build strong relationships. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines are essential. The right person will deliver first-class customer service, remain calm under pressure, and feel confident using IT systems and learning new tools as needed.How To Apply
