This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the enhancement of regulatory standards and the development of global compliance procedures.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Updating and developing global risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory standards across various jurisdictions.
Conducting regulatory research and working with internal teams to implement policy changes.
Collaborating with General Counsel, governance, and business services teams to ensure cohesive compliance practices.
Supporting the use of digital tools and SharePoint to manage policy access and updates.
Participating in control testing as part of the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
Preparing compliance reporting and responding to stakeholder policy-related queries.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience within a regulated Financial Services Business, particularly in Compliance, Risk, or Client Administration functions. They should possess a sound understanding of AML frameworks and fiduciary services across jurisdictions such as Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman and the BVI. A confident communicator with strong analytical, organisational, and written skills, the successful candidate will also be adept at managing complex information and contributing to a collaborative team culture.How To Apply
