Join a leading financial services organisation with an international footprint, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager. This role will focus on developing and managing client relationships within the Swiss fiduciary and corporate services market. Occasional travel to Switzerland will be required to meet with clients, introducers, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Acting as the key contact for new account openings and business opportunities.
Building, managing, and enhancing relationships withSwitzerland-based fiduciaries, fund administrators, captive insurance managers, family offices, and corporate service providers.
Promoting the organisation’s full range of services through joint client meetings and strategic engagement.
Identifying opportunities for lending, cash management, foreign exchange, custody, and investment services.
Managing all client relationship risk requirements, including compliance monitoring, transaction monitoring, and presenting new client risk cases to the Business Acceptance Forum.
Ensuring adherence to all applicable local and Swiss regulatory requirements.
Working collaboratively with business development teams and other group specialists to deliver a unified client strategy.
Supporting the client onboarding process and maintaining compliance with AML procedures.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within the financial services sector. They will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, alongside strong organisational and time management abilities. A solid understanding of treasury, capital markets, and lending, coupled with an overview of investment markets, is required. Candidates should be self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Experience in regulatory risk management and a detailed understanding of account opening and service delivery processes is essential. A relevant industry qualification, or a commitment to working towards one, would be advantageous.
