This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation providing high-quality trust and company services to international clients. The position will require occasional travel to Alderney to support business needs.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures.
Performing bookkeeping and general administration tasks efficiently and accurately.
Preparing statutory documents including minutes, agreements, and trust instruments as required.
Liaising professionally with clients, intermediaries, and other relevant parties.
Handling the purchase and sale of investments and a broad range of assets, including real estate.
Processing payments, distributions, invoices, and investments in a timely manner.
Assisting with the investment process, recording transactions and maintaining up-to-date investment records.
Conducting client due diligence (CDD) reviews and ensuring records are kept current and compliant.
Preparing comprehensive client reports.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a trust and company administration environment. They will demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work accurately, independently, and reliably with a high degree of attention to detail. A STEP or ICSA qualification is essential. Candidates should possess sound organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and be flexible to adapt to changing business needs. Prior team management experience would be advantageous.
