Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive administrator to support the efficient day-to-day running of a fast-paced Service Delivery function. Working as part of a dynamic IT services team, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth coordination of internal resources, project tracking, scheduling, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Service Delivery, including inbox management, team scheduling, leave tracking, and HR-related admin processes.
Monitoring service desk activity and reporting on key performance indicators, ticket volumes, call stats, and utilisation data.
Coordinating team rosters to ensure optimal client coverage across the working week.
Assisting with project scheduling, stakeholder communications, and status updates for internal and external teams.
Supporting IT Consultants in managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking.
Organising post-project reviews and collating feedback to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
Collaborating with the Business Support team on contract administration and billing processes.
