This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting Business Intelligence and system enhancement initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. This role will be instrumental in maintaining and developing MI capabilities, with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy and value delivery to stakeholders across the organisation!

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining and creating Management Information (MI) solutions using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Alteryx, and similar platforms.
Identifying and implementing technology-driven improvements to streamline operational processes.
Scoping, designing, building, and deploying MI and reporting solutions to meet the needs of internal teams and regulatory requirements.
Acting as the Group Trust NavOne Subject Matter Expert and participating in the Group Technical User Committee.
Supporting global offices, with emphasis on Cayman and Bahamas, for regulatory returns and risk/compliance reporting.
Leading or assisting in operational projects, including enhancements, issue resolution, and deployment of new system capabilities.
Providing first-line support and user training for NavOne and associated MI platforms.
Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery of BI and system support initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business intelligence tools and data reporting within a regulated environment. Strong working knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, Alteryx, and MS SQL Server is essential. Experience with NavOne or MS Business Central (MS Dynamics) is preferred, alongside familiarity with MS Fabric, Visual Studio Code, and PowerShell. A proactive mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage projects across jurisdictions are key. Prior exposure to fiduciary or wealth management services will be advantageous. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.
