This role sits within one of the client facing teams. The primary focus will be providing comprehensive administrative support to a designated portfolio of clients, with collaborative assistance from other team members.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Supporting the Finance and Accounting team with uploading payments.
Ensuring that the book-keeping for the portfolio is kept up to date and if not, to liaise with the Finance & Accounting team.
Assisting with the set up and maintenance of statutory records.
Liaising where appropriate with internal and external clients, third parties and professional intermediaries.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a keen eye for detail, and a high level of professionalism. Proficiency in using the document management systems NavOne and Laserfiche is desirable.
