Our client, an international financial services provider, is seeking to recruit a Treasury Services Administrator.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Promoting and expanding PTS services.
Supporting with FX and Stock dealing.
Liaising with Directors, Managers and Team Leaders and other staff in relation to client portfolio matters.
Dealing with administrative aspects of client investment matters.
Producing valuations, reconciliations and reports as required.
Assisting more junior staff (where applicable) or colleagues from other departments with queries and/or problems being encountered and assisting in the resolution thereof.
Setting up of PTS cash management clients and reviewing and collation of due diligence documentation.
Responsibility for escalating matters to management where appropriate.
Liaising with clients on administrative matters as required both by telephone and in writing.
Assisting with ensuring department deadlines are met.
Producing contract notes and associated paperwork as required and placement of deals if required.
Assisting with the setting up of bank routing instructions on Acumen.
Responsibly for weekly bank credit profiles and regular bank reviews.
Maintaining client and general files.
Supporting colleagues with queries on Bloomberg.
Liaising with service providers.
Ad hoc duties as and when required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ financial services experience with emphasis on investments and investment techniques and candidates who hold or are studying towards a relevant professional qualification will be viewed favourably. The successful applicant will have knowledge of cash management techniques, demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships and be a team player with good attention to detail. The role will suit a positive individual with good communication, analytic, problem solving and bookkeeping skills, with the ability to impart knowledge to others and take responsibility for all work, including the prioritisation of workload and meeting deadlines with minimum supervision.
