Temporary Trust Administrator

Our client, a leading independent financial services provider, is seeking to recruit a Temporary Trust Administrator to assist their Client Services Department for a period of 6 months.




Manage the daily administration of a portfolio of clients, comprising of a mixture of Trusts and Companies formed or registered in various jurisdictions.
Address all aspects of the portfolio, including statutory, banking, correspondence, legal and fiduciary obligations for each client.
Liaise with clients, banks, brokers and other intermediaries.
Reconcile bank and broker statements against bookkeeping records.
Complete banking documentation.
Monitor clients' cash requirements and arrange payments as requested.
Carry out general administrative duties.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have trust and company experience, good knowledge of bookkeeping and excellent IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. This role will suit an organised, positive and motivated individual who demonstrates strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
