Our client, an international communications company, requires a Showroom Assistant for an initial period of 6 months.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Consistently meeting sales targets.
Providing a high quality of customer service.
Selling special promotions in the shop as and when local events make a special promotion appropriate.
Maintaining a high standard of display, both in window and inside the shop.
Keeping merchandise clearly ticketed and priced.
Being fully up to date with Customer Interface Processes such as Billing, Complaint Management, Customer Relationship Management and documentation compliance and completion.
Achieving agreed sales targets and customer satisfaction measurements.
Maximising showroom sales.
Ensuring all dealership personnel are well trained and fully understand the products & services on offer.
Maintaining distribution centre activity and performance.
Maintaining records of inventory management and flow at distributor premises.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales and/or customer service, ideally with an understanding of / or interest in telecommunications, but this is not essential as training will be provided. The candidate should have strong inter-personal skills and be highly motivated.
