Our client, an international provider of banking, wealth management and trust administrative services, requires a Temporary Relationship Manager for a period of 4 months.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing business opportunities with existing and new clients by growing strong client and introducer relationships, in accordance with a marketing plan.
Hold responsibility for servicing existing clients and act as their main point of contact.
Ensure the ability to be structured towards the client portfolio, by use of call reports, client plans and
prospect lists.
Provide assistance to other team members during busy times.
Hold overall responsibility for client periodic risk reviews in order to assess ongoing risks to the bank and to oversee that any KYC/AML shortfalls are remedied.
Ensure that all relevant and current rules, regulations and Bank policies are adhered to in respect of the
clients, including the effective application of Anti-Money Laundering, KYC regulations and Group
Minimum Standards policy.
Hold an understanding of the banks financial targets and awareness of the commerciality of the client
portfolio.
Provide a focus to increasing bank revenues and set financial targets of the client portfolio.
Hold overall responsibility for the clients to be on-boarded effectively, whilst fully understanding and able to present all their clients risk aspects.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the financial services sector including client service and supervisory and/or management roles, with a high degree of risk awareness and compliance orientation. The successful applicant will be target oriented, with a record of meeting set objectives with the ability to think outside of the box and enthusiasm for change and the unexpected. They will have a willingness to undertake sales management, and in particular in the design and delivery of effective calling programmes and cross-selling initiatives. The role will suit a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to suggest new ideas, innovation and process change to deliver for client requirements.
