Temporary Client Services Assistant Associate

Our client, a well established international financial services organisation which provides services to Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Managers across the globe, is seeking to recruit a Temporary Client Services Assistant Associate, to provide maternity cover from June 2017 for a period of up to one year.




Carrying out the daily administration in relation to fund operations services for a portfolio of clients.
Coordinating drawdowns, distributions and financial reporting, including the coordination of electronic delivery of investor communications and ad hoc deliverables.
Assisting with the distribution of payments and drawdown reconciliations.
Organising third party invoice payments through the Data Processing Team.
Maintaining investor contact and bank details in the database.
Collating client due diligence as well as documents for the regulatory applications.
Assisting with Board reporting on fund structure activities.
Coordinating audit and the K1 reporting process.
Dealing with investor queries.
Attending client Board meetings as required.
Promoting open and proactive dialogue with the accounts team and clients.
Supporting other associates within the team to ensure that all company secretarial deadlines are met.
Assisting with a broad range of corporate secretarial duties.
Writing minutes and ensuring that all action points are disseminated and completed in a timely fashion.
Assisting with the establishment of corporate records for new entities.
Collaborating with the preparation of notices and resolutions.
Offering support during the annual validation process.
Assisting with billing and collection for the team’s client portfolio.
Opening new bank accounts and on occasion assisting with the establishment of new banking relationships.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have considerable exposure to fund administration and the related responsibilities, and preference will be given to candidates who hold or are studying towards a professional qualification such as ICSA. Applicants will demonstrate an understanding of bookkeeping, accounts, company law, compliance and taxation, as well as an acute financial and commercial awareness. The successful candidate will be IT literate and will have strong communication and relationship skills. This role will suit a flexible and dynamic team player who prioritises tasks efficiently and adapts easily to changing workloads.
