As the Team Manager, you will oversee the daily operational management of the client document services team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Working with Team Leaders to achieve and exceed operational SLA’s and KPI’s of the service.
Direct and lead a team of people, who may also be line managers, in their day-to-day work and achievement of their objectives as set in the performance management system, delivering through others.
Providing support in the development of the newly created Front Risk Management team, which forms part of the first line of defence (1LoD) function.
Conducting and/or coordinating analysis as a decision basis for projects, performance reviews, scorecards process and/or ad hoc requests.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience in reviewing client documentation (KYC/AML) as part of the client onboarding and account opening process. They should demonstrate a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in demanding environments and possess exceptional stakeholder management skills.
