Our client, a leading provider of outsourced services to Private Equity in Europe, is seeking to recruit a Systems Trainer.

Promote and support the aims and help to deliver the strategy of the Group
Deliver the company Client Charter and act in accordance with the company Code of Conduct
Support and foster collegiate and friendly interpersonal relationships at all levels
Produce training materials for Capital Tracker and other core systems
Proactively address systems training needs as systems evolve.
Link systems training into the wider L&D programme.
Produce and maintain system training materials.
Deliver systems training across the Group.
Develop a systems training programme that meets the needs of the business.
Understand the difference between induction and continuous learning programmes.
Promote consistent systems use across the group.
Test system developments and make appropriate recommendations.
Update training materials ahead of system updates going live.
Engage with management to identify training needs, continuously develop programme.
Review training feedback and update training programme accordingly.
Determine and implement minimum skill and knowledge standards per grade and service line.
Link systems training into the wider L&D programme.
Liaise with the L&D Manager to schedule systems training.
Instil the importance of maintaining data in Capital Tracker.
Identify gaps in the training programme update accordingly.
Produce monthly training reports and provide to the L&D Manager.
Monitor budgets constraints set by the L&D Manager.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Financial Institution, preference will be given to those with experience in Private Equity. Applicants will demonstrate a working knowledge of designing and delivering systems training as well as using systems such as 5Series, Viewpoint and Investran. Applicants will have strong IT skills and possess effective communication and organisation skills. The successful candidate will display pragmatism, integrity, discretion, tact and an ability to work under pressure. This role will suit a proactive and motivated team player with solid interpersonal skills.
