Our client, a market leader in offshore legal advice, is seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Providing first point of contact technical support for all IT related service requests and incidents.
Providing and maintaining the desktop suite, inclusive of software deployment and security.
Delivering, administering and supporting mobility technologies.
Administering all user access creations, amendments and deletions in a wide range of IT systems and applications.
Creating and maintaining appropriate documentation for all supported technologies.
Utilising the ticket logging system to provide up to date and detailed information for regular reporting and trend analysis.
Working collectively with other teams in the IT department to continue to deliver a high level of end user support, as well as increase personal knowledge.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in IT or will possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Applicants will be expert users in Microsoft Office, and Windows 10 operating systems. An understanding of Active Directory, Cisco Call Manager, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Citrix, Mobile Iron and iManage Document Management System would be desirable.This role will suit a motivated team player, who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and who is willing to undertake further professional study and examinations.
