Our client, a specialist in wealth management, operational in 11 countries across the globe, is seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Provide workstation and desktop infrastructure technology services to the company.
Log calls and call completion times.
Provide first level application support, as well as first and second level desktop support.
Successfully resolve incidents.
Monitor critical components.
Process purchase orders.
Provide support for printers, scanners, fax machines and various mobile devices.
Build and distribute workstations and laptops.
Provide virtual service desk support.
Assist with office relocations.
Answer telephone calls.
Act as a local point of contact for escalations.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years’ experience in a relevant or similar role, however, candidates with experience in areas such as networking home or school computers will be considered. This role will need a candidate who has genuine personal experience and a passion for IT. Preference will be given to those with knowledge and an understanding of industry requirements, as well as business processes, standards, policies and procedures.
