Have you commenced studying for a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in the trust field and a commitment to a career in trust and corporate administration? If yes, this could be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Undertaking all routine administration for clients or as instructed by the Manager.
Accurately effecting client banking instructions.
Becoming familiar with team’s existing allocated client portfolio.
Ensuring quality day to day service for team’s client portfolio.
Communicating effectively and concisely with other team members.
Maintaining a courteous, positive and professional manner with both external and internal clients and colleagues at all times.
Pro-actively working with internal individuals and groups to ensure timely delivery of client data.
Maintaining focus on chargeable time.
Managing and recording own time effectively and accurately.
Holding responsibility for cash collection and control of debtors.
Consulting and escalating issues and exceptions to senior team members to alleviate problems or risks.

Skills / Qualifications

Accurate written and effective verbal communication skills, a demonstrated commitment to consistently providing quality client service, with good team skills, along with proven analytical and Microsoft Office skills and the ability to drive and execute tasks in a deadline driven environment whilst maintaining accuracy and focus are essential to the role.
