Our client, one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, is seeking to recruit a Premier Relationship Manager.

Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicator objectives, by developing existing and new relationships.
Build effective relationships with clients, to retain and develop sustainable relationships.
Complete regular reviews with clients, to understand their current and long term needs and advise them on the products and services which help them achieve their goals.
Maintain a minimum standard of qualifying Premier clients within the portfolio.
Build a high personal and corporate profile in the community.
Develop a network of group and external professional contacts, with the aim of introducing new business, enhancing technical knowledge and promoting the brand.
Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal information tools, using them to coach the wider branch team in support of business goals.
Establish and agree client contact strategies, in line with group operating models.
Fully utilise and input Client Relationship Management data, ensuring that all client information is complete and kept up to date.
Maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services available, in order to provide the best solutions for clients and maximise revenues.
Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service across the team and with the individual portfolio.
Ensure the ongoing analysis of client portfolios, through the marketing of ideas and researching clients.
Monitor client satisfaction data, implementing portfolio level improvements.
Work with the broader branch, support and direct teams, to ensure the achievement of the business performance measures, by delivering differentiated products and services.
Deliver fair outcomes for customers and ensure that own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
Work as part of an integrated branch management team, to ensure that standards and are met and operating models delivered.
Ensure that sales and operations are undertaken in accordance with the Credit Policy Manual appropriate lending guidelines.
Manage operational risk, by using relevant management information, to identify risk situations and take any appropriate action to minimise loss.
Adhere to selling process and sales quality requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications, such as the Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Financial Planning, or equivalent (Level 4), coupled by experience in a wealth advisory role, leading the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers. Applicants will also possess a track record of successfully identifying and developing significant/complex business propositions, which attract and entrench customers, in a fair and ethical way, as well as experience of building and managing complex relationships with significant customers. This role requires a proactive and driven individual who has successfully in the past set and achieved challenging short, medium and long term goals, which exceeded the standards in their field. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multi task, manage time efficiently and meet the client’s and business needs, delivering service excellence at all times.
