Our client requires a Part-Time Claims Administrator for a period of 3-5 months, working from 09:00-14:00 to assist in the Claims Department.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Manage all incoming correspondence via post and email.
Support the team with any administration duties.
Process customer payments and repairer invoices.
Assist with any other ad hoc duties as required.
Transfer data from the current insurance system to the new system.
Process motor engineering reports.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have Maths and English language GCSE (or equivalent) grades A to C and experience within an administrative role. The successful applicant will be computer literate and will have the ability to deal confidently with external third parties and colleagues, as well as working independently in a busy and focused environment. The role will suit an ambitious and well organised individual, who can work in a collaborative manner and is able to multitask and prioritise workloads.
