Our client, an international asset management company with offices around the globe, is seeking to recruit a Back Office Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Assist with the incorporation of new Investment Management Companies (IMs) and the GFSC licence application process.
Liaise with the fund administrator and the custodian to follow up with any queries, trade breaks or settlement issues.
Assist with the subscription and redemption process.
Ensure the investors have submitted the required due diligence documentation.
Open bank accounts, pay invoices and manage payments.
Offer support with the daily recons using data from prime broker and custodian portals and the IM’s or Investment Advisor's (IA) portfolio management systems.
Run various risk and compliance reports in Excel.
Assist with the review of fund valuations packs.
Ensure company CDD documents are in place.
Generate and distribute monthly fund fact sheets to investors and potential investors.
Send out weekly return estimates for the funds across both platforms.
Assist with the preparation of the quarterly board packs.
Maintain each fund distribution list, ensuring details are properly recorded and each entry is compliant with applicable regulation.
Update fund performance on various databases.
Undertake general office duties.

Skills / Qualifications

Candidates will possess prior experience in a similar or relevant role and demonstrate a range of experience and knowledge in Asset Management. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
