A key leadership role within a well-established professional services firm, offering the opportunity to work at the forefront of risk, regulation, and financial technology. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic advisory solutions to financial services clients, ensuring they remain compliant, efficient, and innovative in an evolving regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing project delivery teams and ensuring timely execution of client deliverables.
Leading engagements in risk management, compliance, and financial technology, supporting clients with regulatory challenges.
Developing regulatory strategies to assist clients in maintaining compliance and mitigating risks.
Overseeing financial technology implementation projects, including process automation and data analytics integration.
Providing expert advisory services on financial crime risk management and governance frameworks.
Leading large-scale financial services remediation programmes, ensuring effective compliance with industry regulations.
Supporting business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for advisory services and developing client relationships.
Ensuring all projects comply with PwC policy requirements and regulatory standards.
Coaching and mentoring team members, contributing to their professional development.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience within financial services, including a minimum of two years delivering professional consulting services. They will have excellent stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of financial regulations, particularly in anti-financial crime, compliance, and governance. Strong leadership abilities, project management experience, and a problem-solving mindset are essential. A background in financial technology, risk transformation, or business optimisation would be advantageous, along with experience in process automation and regulatory compliance frameworks.
