Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Operating the company’s computer systems and ensuring all relevant booking out / booking in procedures are followed (full training provided).
Receiving goods when required and follow stock control processes in line with company systems (full training provided).
Handling daily enquiries and orders in accordance with company procedures and customer expectations.
Maintaining shop stock levels and keep all sales areas clean, presentable and inviting.
Informally monitor shelf stock and report significant sales movements to the management team.
Ensuring all Hire equipment returns are processed in accordance with our standard operating procedures, to include cleaning and basic maintenance (full training provided).
Carrying out deliveries and collections when required.
Ensuring servicing / repair requirements are reported to the Workshops Manager in a correct and timely manner.
