Our client, a leading Investor Services group, requires a Fixed Term Contract HR Administrator for a period of 10 months.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, by providing a front line response to HR administration queries.
Maintain accurate information on HR systems and have an active role in the monthly payroll processing cycle.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have HR industry knowledge with strong administration skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent teamwork, communication and influencing skills with people at all levels, and solid organisation and analytical skills are essential to the role, as is the ability to work to deadlines.
