Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Assisting with the daily capture of supplier invoices and bank transactions.
Ensuring all invoices are correctly addressed and appropriately approved in accordance with budgets.
Undertaking monthly nominal ledger reconciliations.
Setting up monthly payment batches, standing order and direct debits.
Undertaking analysis and capture of credit card transactions.
Assisting with production of the monthly billing cycle.
Providing administrative support to the Finance Manager.
Maintaining a structured filing system.
Maintaining and updating procedural documentation accordingly.

Skills / Qualifications

A disciplined approach to work, with excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to client service excellence, along with effective communication skills, proven IT capabilities, and the ability to work with conflicting and demanding deadlines are essential to the role.
