Our client is seeking to recruit a Finance and Administration Technical Team Coordinator.

Supervise the work flow within the F&A technical team.
Coordinate the team to meet deadlines.
Hold responsibility for the delivery of a high-quality service, ensuring that all client service standards are met for the client base.
Produce, review and authorise Management Accounts, Management Reports, Statutory Accounts and all other reporting requirements within pre-set time frames.
Assist with deposits, including observing mandates, investment guidelines and board requirements and review payments and receipts, monitoring cash and letter of credit requirements.
Supervise and review investment reports and analysis, including controlling and reconciling investment management purchase and sale contract notes, portfolios and calculation of capital gains and losses.
Offer support with the production of budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the relevant client needs.
Liaise with auditors and service providers from time to time.
Implement and achieve internal audit controls and legal compliance in respect of all captives.
Develop and maintain knowledge of captive matters, such as taxation and accounting standards.
Attend Board Meetings, including the presentation of accounting and investment matters when required.
Supervise the F&A team on company secretarial and compliance matters, working with both teams to ensure accurate records of all matters arising at Board Meetings.
Follow the Office Procedures Manual, in particular in relation to check lists, supporting information, authorisations, sign-offs and time scales.
Interact with various people in a professional manner.
Liaise with the outsourced client accounting function, ensuring deliverance of administration support to the team.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 -5 years' experience within an accounting environment and a comprehensive working knowledge of accountancy, business and IT software. The successful candidate will have a high degree of confidentiality, proven supervisory and presentation skills and the ability to use initiative, problem solve and be self-motivated. The role will suit an excellent all-round communicator with good organisation and time management skills, a positive working attitude and the ability to work to deadlines.
