Our client is seeking a new team member to join their Client Service department, where you will support and manage the daily banking needs of their clients.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Assisting with day-to-day client service.
Receiving instructions (payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits and corporate actions) from clients and carrying these out.
Communicating with clients to resolve queries, carrying out call backs and arranging online banking activations.
Assisting with projects and large-scale system tasks that may arise.
