This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with great communication skills and an interest in customer service to join a dynamic and passionate customer support department.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Communicating with customers via email & Facebook.
Reviewing customers Client due diligence documents (some cases enhanced CDD checks).
Escalation of customer queries for review to the relevant departments/ Team Leaders.
