Credit Advisory Service Executive

Our client one of the worlds’ largest banking organisations, is seeking to recruit Credit Advisory Service Executive.

Responsibilities

Perfecting security interests and legal documents with regard to the credit agreements.
Preparing the documentation for credit applications with attention to covenants.
Carrying out administrative tasks and creating ad-hoc reports.
Conducting timely reporting, review and completion of action tasks relating to client level risk monitoring.
Perfecting security and legal documentation.
Ensuring that credit facilities are documented and secured, in line with the terms of the credit approval and policies in place.
Assisting with daily credit administration, including the preparation of new business reporting, net new money and revenue statistics.
Undertaking project work as identified.
Delivering fair outcomes for our customers and ensure that own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
Maintaining and building strong relationships across all the teams.
Recommending and reviewing the legal documentation.
Staying abreast of legal and regulatory changes and industry trends.
Maintaining the quality and timeliness of all reporting.
Suggesting and implementing improvements to processes, where necessary.
Investigating any unexpected issues and resolving and/or escalating as appropriate.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a good academic background, coupled with relevant experience in a comparable role and solid knowledge of credit structures and associated risks. Applicants will be IT proficient and will demonstrate good numeracy and communication skills, both verbal and written. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, who is committed to deliver outstanding customer service, whilst being mindful of risk and loss. This role will suit a flexible and highly organised team player, who manages time efficiently and who can perform under pressure with accuracy.
