Our client a specialist in wealth management, operational in 11 countries across the globe, is seeking to recruit a Contract Service Desk Analyst.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Provide workstation and desktop infrastructure technology services to the company.
Log calls and call completion times.
Provide 1st level application support, as well as 1st and 2nd level desktop support.
Resolve incidents.
Monitor critical components.
Process purchase orders.
Provide support for printers, scanners, mobile phones, blackberries and fax machines.
Build and distribute WS and laptop.
Provide virtual service desk support.
Assist with office moves.
Answer telephone calls.
Act as a local point of contact for escalations.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will possess considerable experience in a relevant or similar role, whilst preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and an understanding of legal regulatory and industry requirements, as well as business processes, standards, policies and procedures. The candidate will possess strong IT abilities, solid organisation, time management and excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to think analytically and work to deadlines whilst also prioritising tasks. This role will suit a motivated, driven and focused team player, with an innovative approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
