Our client, a locally owned online retailer specialising in perfume, cosmetics, skincare and hair care products, requires a Contract Customer Services Administrator from October until January 2020.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all incoming telephone calls, emails and other customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
Dealing with and actioning customer returns.
Processing payments and refunds.
Dealing with customer feedback.
Liaising with delivery companies in relation to customer orders.
Recording all customer service transactions on the administration system.
Assisting with various administrative duties relevant to the role.
Investigating and dealing with orders where the risk scores have identified possible fraudulent activity.
Handling the post.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above and will demonstrate a professional and proactive manner. Preference will be given to candidates who possess previous experience in a customer services role, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. Applicants will be strong communicators, possessing good written, numerical and analytical skills, and will be able to work with a high degree of accuracy. This role will suit a confident, diligent and flexible team player who is customer focused and adapts easily to changing workloads.
