Our client, a provider of various financial services worldwide, requires a Contract Client Service Administrator to support the Custody Account Managers for a period of 12 months.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Respond to queries received from clients and internal partners.
Work closely with and support the Custody Account Managers.
Prepare daily reports to facilitate internal controls and timely client notifications.
Open and route post to the appropriate team.
Liaise with the Fund of Hedge Fund (FOHF) team to manage the flow of trade instructions.
Prepare custody related transactions such as trades, corporate actions, voting instructions, payments and cash transfers for authorisation by senior partners.
Monitor the receipt and logging of client instructions for review by senior team members, prior to logging and routing to the relevant operations area for processing.
Monitor the receipt of FOHF trade instructions and prepare them for signing by the relevant signatories.
Draft FOHF transactions to transfer agents (TAs).
Mail trade documentation to the respective TAs.
Prepare and mail monthly client reporting packs.
Assist others in the section where necessary to ensure deadlines and targets are met, procedures adhered to and client service standards maintained.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships amongst colleagues and clients alike.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to the level of 5 GCSEs or 3 A Levels, will be comfortable using Microsoft Office and will possess excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. In addition to being a team player, the successful applicant will demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to work, a positive attitude and will use their own initiative to creatively solve problems.
