Our client requires a Contract Administrator/Senior Administrator for a period of 12 months.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Assist with loading payments to in-house systems and input to various systems, including EQ, Bankline and HSBC.
Offer support with formatting payment instructions.
Process incoming fund advices.
Ensure that all payments/advices have been processed prior to cut-off times.
Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of client relationships.
Process and/or input FX’s instructions.
Ensure duties are delivered accurately and within departments service level agreements.
Discuss objectives and issues of concern to your line manager.
Ensure that effective communication processes are consistent with the company’s communication strategy and standards.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE standard and will have previous experience in an office environment. It is essential for applicants to have a good understanding of the importance of confidentiality. The successful candidate will be a good team player, with proven organisational skills, who is accurate with high attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
