Join a well-established, privately owned trust company based in Guernsey, where you’ll support the delivery of robust compliance and operational processes. This role offers an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in a hands-on position spanning compliance monitoring, CDD checks and operational support.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting client due diligence checks for a range of structures in line with local regulations.
  • Supporting the compliance function with reporting, audits, and policy reviews.
  • Maintaining accurate client data and assisting with onboarding and entity closures.
  • Overseeing document retention processes and providing reception cover when needed.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in CDD, compliance or onboarding within a fiduciary or financial services organisation, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach. Strong IT skills are essential, and familiarity with systems such as Laserfiche and 5-Series would be advantageous. Candidates studying or willing to pursue an ICA qualification will be viewed favourably.
