Our client, one of the largest independent providers of fiduciary services on the island, including estate planning, wealth protection, investment structuring and corporate services, is seeking to recruit a Client Reviewer to join their Compliance department.

Responsibilities
Carrying out reviews of client records under the firm’s risk based monitoring programme.Recording your findings and any identified remedial action points using the firm’s automated review system, bringing any significant issues of concern to the attention of the Compliance Manager.
Carrying out spot check reviews of procedures or processes as required by the Compliance Manager, documenting and reporting findings.
Attending meetings with the team to discuss workloads, targets, relevant issues, share ideas and encourage best practice.
Ensuring technical knowledge is kept up to date and attending any relevant courses.
Assisting with any other relevant tasks as required by the Compliance Manager.
Carrying out projects or other tasks as requested by the Compliance Manager.
Supporting the Compliance Manager with information required for quarterly board meetings.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a company/trust administration role, or a compliance role for a fiduciary function. Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships at all levels, coupled with effective organisational and planning skills are essential. Applicants will demonstrate effective performance management skills, including coaching, mentoring and giving and receiving feedback. The successful candidate will value accuracy and attention to detail, will be proficient in relevant IT programmes and will be able to work independently, using initiative and prioritising work.
