Our client is seeking to recruit a Brand Coordinator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Ensure that agreed co-marketing plans are accurately reflected in internal promotional plans and all finalised activity is recorded for each brand.
Hold responsibility for preparing the internal briefs for all authorised brand activity in a timely manner and in line with established marketing processes.
Manage briefs from conception through to proofing and completion including, but not limited to, emails, onsite banners, blog articles and social media posts.
Work collaboratively with the Brand Administrator to ensure all activity, particularly the receipt of imagery and roll out of sampling campaigns (where applicable), is coordinated ahead of briefing commencement.
Assist with the coordination of value box launches and the administration of social media competitions, where required.
Ensure that all key stakeholders both internal and external are updated and informed of all authorised brand marketing campaigns, incoming GWPs (gift with purchase), and value boxes.
Undertake any other duties commensurate to the post as requested by the Line Manager or a Director.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in demonstrating high attention to detail and an exceptional command of the English language. Applicants with previous marketing or commercial experience will be preferred. Grammatical proficiency is essential to this role to accurately and succinctly formulate briefs, as is experience of Excel and Google Sheets up to an intermediate level. The successful candidate will be able to identify any grammatical, pictorial or numerical inconsistencies and take the appropriate remedial action, with the ability to consistently coordinate tasks and work well with colleagues, providing adaptability and flexibility within the team whilst exercising sound judgement within the scope of the role. They will be able to analyse data from multiple sources and take ownership of tasks and projects from conception through to conclusion. Previous experience in handling external client relationships will greatly assist in this role. The role will suit a logical thinker with heightened organisation skills who is a proven communicator and can establish good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues across the business.
