Are you highly numerate, with financial services industry experience, and excellent relationship building skills, and are you looking for a new challenge? If so, this role where you will provide client services to a busy banking team could be ideal for you.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Handling client requests for payments, foreign exchange, new Visa cards, cheque books, mobile and internet banking.
Obtaining due diligence documentation on proposed new clients and preparing submissions for new client approval committee.
Assisting with preparation of regular client reviews.
Preparing correspondence and communicating with clients and other third parties.

Skills / Qualifications

A strong educational background, with an enquiring mind and very high attention to detail, along with strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of professional integrity, and the ability to learn new systems quickly and work well under pressure are essential to the role.
