Associate - Dispute Resolution

Our client, an international and highly reputable legal firm, is seeking to recruit an Associate for their Dispute Resolution Department.




Provide litigation support to more senior members of the team on high value complex commercial disputes.
Prepare and draft routine correspondence, memorandums of advice and court documents, document management and legal research.
Act as the junior point of contact for external clients and counsel.
Establish, develop and maintain productive relationships with external clients.
Assist with the preparation of articles and training material for business development purposes.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a top tier dispute resolution environment and preferably admitted in England and Wales. Preference will be given to candidate with a commercial and insolvency background. Applicants will display solid IT abilities, and excellent communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong drafting and analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to apply sound commercial and economic judgement. This role will suit a motivated and proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
