This is a diverse role for an individual with experience of funds, investors positions and managing both a team and clients, who is looking to further their career with a growing company and undertaking further studies for the International Diploma in Financial Administration (IDFA).

Administrator- A minimum of 2 years' experience in general administration within a fund or trust environment.

Senior Administrator- 5 years' experience in general administration within a fund or trust company.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Assist and supervise the collection of Customer Due Diligence.
Ensure counterpart take on procedure including collection or CRS and FATCA data.
Input or review of input for counterparts entered on PFS-Paxus.
Where an external party acts as registrar, liaise with that party to ensure that records are consistent.
Issue contract notes in accordance with offering documents and relevant regulatory requirements.
Ensure share registration transactions are produced in accordance with procedures in a timely manner.
Communicate to Fund Managers upcoming subscriptions and redemptions in a timely manner to assist with Manager cash management.
Maintain contact by telephone, in writing and at meetings with clients and intermediaries, keeping records of all communications.
Liaise with auditors and provide information for annual audits.
Maintain all corporate records in a secure manner.
Supervise with billing, fee collection and help accounts staff in preparation of management and financial accounts.
Act as a ‘B’ Signatory on the schedule of authorised signatories, co-authorising payments, correspondence and other documentation for the team.
Assist with the preparation and review of cash management and underlying fund investments where required for funding investor redemption payments.
Assist with bookkeeping and reconciliation of client bank and broker accounts.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard and will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. This role will suit a team player with the ability to prioritise work effectively, against strict deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and focus. The successful candidate will have an analytical and detail orientated approach to tasks, as well as a flexible manner.
