In this role you will become a valued member of the Family Office Team dealing with all aspects of administration of multi-jurisdictional Trusts and Companies.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Administering the formation of trusts and the incorporation of companies.
Liaising with clients, professional advisors and other third parties.
Preparing documents in relation to transactions, including minutes and resolutions.
Maintaining company and trust records, including due diligence, in line procedures and AML regulations.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' recent experience in the administration of trusts and international companies and be educated to at least GCSE level.
