This growing independent alternative asset management firm are seeking to recruit an Administration Manager whose primary responsibility will be to manage and execute various local and international administration tasks.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Co-ordinating the corporate governance calendar of the group, including preparing board papers and packs and ensuring compliance with governance requirements and best practices in the jurisdictions in which the group operates.
Managing schedules and deadlines.
Co-ordinating compliance and regulatory matters, including the preparation, completion and submission of relevant statutory returns in an accurate, organised and timely manner
Being responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining efficient internal control systems to support the key responsibilities.
Ensuring relevant operations adhere to policies and regulations.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years’ previous experience in a senior administration function in the financial services sector and a thorough knowledge of management principles and best practices. In addition they will be self-driven, have the ability to operate independently and assume personal responsibility for self-development and have maturity in relation to understanding the absolute confidentiality of personal and private information.
