Our client is seeking a talented and motivated sales negotiator to join their Local Market Sales team. This is a key role involving facilitating property transactions, building client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Property viewings.
Negotiation and deal closure.
Property valuations.
Listing management.
Documentation and administration.
CDD.

Skills / Qualifications

If you possess strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets and closing deals, are proficient in all Microsoft applications and hold a driving licence, get in touch.
