In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a retailer’s online sales and digital presence. This includes managing the ecommerce website, driving traffic and sales, managing customer experience, and leading the ecommerce and distribution function.

Responsibilities
Duties will involve developing the distribution strategy, managing key relationships, tracking performance and optimising cost of sale. This will include;Selection, management and maintenance of platforms.
Management of OTAs and meta relationships.
Managing and tracking the operational performance of GDS, interline and codesharing relationships.
Reporting on travel agent and tour operator performance.
Managing relationships with IATA including BSP data and ATPCO.
