That is why we have our own Code of Conduct, which outlines our dedication to treating clients and candidates fairly, with honesty and respect at the forefront of everything we do. Forensic approach

We get under the skin of every brief, working as an extension of our clients and our candidates to truly understand their requirements. This forensic approach has served us well since 2001.

Keep it simple

We understand that making a career change or finding a new job can be complicated and sometimes daunting for candidates. Equally, finding the right person for a role can be a stressful process for clients. We will always work hard to make it as easy as possible.

Providing guidance

We are more than an intermediary; we are a resource for our clients and candidates. Our door is open to all, even those candidates for whom we do not have an immediately suitable match. We will offer guidance and advice to help them find the role or candidate that is right for them.

You call the shots

We never, and we sincerely mean never, send out a candidate’s CV without their approval. Our reputation has been built on meticulously matching clients and candidates; we do not follow a scattergun approach.

Always honest

If we do not have a suitable candidate match for our client or if a role is not going to work for a candidate or vice versa, then we say so. We will never pressure a candidate to take a job and we will not take a gamble on someone’s career or a relationship with our client.

Qualified professionals

We are committed to investing in our team and keeping up-to-date with the latest laws and legislation. All of our consultants are trained to the highest standards in their fields and are encouraged to undertake continuous professional development, and our HR department advises clients based on the latest Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) industry standards.

Confidentiality is key

We will always be discreet. Guernsey is a small island and we understand that this can impact both candidates and clients. You can expect complete confidentiality at all times.
